The tight deadline for a turnaround for the project was met and exceeded expectations. Longer-term, the REIV team have noted improved efficiency and better processes with the integration of iMIS and MYOB Advanced. REIV has now gone through an iMIS upgrade and improved integration with MYOB.
Visually the team are pleased by the look and feel of the product. It is a more modern software which is reliable and REIV find It works well for them.
Endeavour listened to our challenges with iMIS integration and made some strong suggestions on how the interface should take place with MYOB Advanced. They were able to sit with REIV staff and quickly establish some problem areas and offered good workable solutions. Endeavour then ensured that these solutions, which were effectively a change in current processes were implemented and supported until REIV staff felt comfortable to ‘go It alone’.
Endeavour also met with our iMIS consultants on a number of occasions and identified the data mapping which was going to be needed to ensure more seamless integration with MYOB Advanced. Endeavour managed the process with our original iMIS partner and assisted with a strategy moving forward.
The implementation was rolled out in stages and the team at Endeavour were praised for their experience and knowledge throughout the process. A proven methodology for implementation helped to ease the transition and the staff at REIV were found to accept and embrace the new product.
Endeavour has shown to offer excellent on-going support and service and very effective MYOB Advanced training.
