In MYOB Advanced, a document may be emailed to specific recipients manually or automatically during mass processing. Predefined mailings are used to generate these emails, mail can be defined on the mailing settings tab, which is available on various preferences screens of business account customers classes and suppliers.
In the mailing settings, tabs, recipients, and override recipients have been added. When the email generation occurs, these settings will apply; the recipients will be copied only from the recipient’s table of this tab.
From 2020.6, a new set of built-in user roles for CRM functional areas. Using these predefined roles, customers can reduce the time and effort spent implementing and managing access to these users. It includes CRM, Marketing Manager sales and marketing admin, sales representative support admin, support representative and CRM viewer. Admin status users can use these predefined roles quickly and easily create new rails based on predefined months.
