Customer satisfaction is a critical element to any business and will have a profound affect on the overall health of your business. A large contributing factor toward this satisfaction is delivery performance and whether your team is delivering orders, in full and on time, every time.
What have we created?
To address this requirement our in-house Qlik development team have put together our ‘DIFOT’ app which takes Sales Order and Purchase Order information to give our clients an understanding of their delivery performance.
The chart below shows very clearly the months where the percentage of deliveries made on time and in full are above the target amount (89%) in blue and those which have not achieved the target percentage (dark grey).
Now we have flagged the issue of the three problem months, February 2015, June 2015 and July 2015 we can investigate the factors into why they have not made target and how to prevent this in future.
